fit guide
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up to the bigger size.
We offer free, easy exchanges, so if the fit isn’t quite right just email us at info@continuallwear.com.au and we’ll organise the correct size for you.
Why the elements?
At Continuall, we believe confidence and comfort should never be defined by a number. That’s why we use an alternate sizing system inspired by the periodic element chart instead of traditional labels. Our aim is to remove the stigma around sizing and create a more inclusive, empowering experience. Compression best works when the fit is right, we provide a clear conversion chart to guide you.
How to measure to find your fit:
Tips when sizing for pregnancy
Our pregnancy leggings are designed to grow with you. They may feel snug when you first put them on, but the belly panel and flexible seams are made to stretch and support you from early pregnancy through to full term.
We recommend measuring your hips and sticking with that element size. If you’re between sizes and 20 weeks or more, (or if you've popped early) consider sizing up.
It should feel snug through on your baby bump, but never restrictive or uncomfortable, if so you may need the size up (just email us!).
Tips when sizing for postpartum
From 36 weeks onwards, we recommend measuring your hips at the widest point, under the bump if still pregnant, and matching this to our size guide.
If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Please don’t assume you’ll be the same as your pregnancy size, as hips often widen throughout pregnancy.
They should feel snug and supportive through the abdomen and legs, but never restrictive or uncomfortable, if so you may need to size up (just email us!). As they offer targeted abdominal compression, so they can feel firm to pull on over thighs/legs, but once in place, they should feel secure and supportive.
confidence
in our design
Our RepairWear® technology is designed to provide gentle support for your lower back while allowing flexibility and comfort around your belly. Plus, we’ve included a hidden mesh support layer within the panels—lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking to keep you feeling fresh.
The durable yet soft fabric feels amazing to wear, offering a snug, comfortable fit. Whether you're on the move or taking a moment to rest, our shorts provide the support you need while keeping you comfortable and confident.

I am 28 weeks pregnant, and these tights have been a game changer for me. I have been dealing with alot of hip pain. I have been wearing these under my usual work clothes and the pain has decreased significantly. Thank you!
I used to wear orthopaedic band to support my hips and pelvis as I have become hyper-mobile. The band is hard to put on(correctly) and doesn’t stay in place as I move. Sitting with the band actually put too much pressure on my bump. The continual shorts are perfect to wear for extended periods of time compared to the traditional ortho band and it stays and supports in all the right places as I move and change positions.
I wear it like an active shorts or wear it inside my jeans/pants or dress as support garments.

I brought both the mini shorts and leggings for my pregnancy and I notice a massive difference from before I wore them and just a couple of minutes of wearing them I was able to move a lot more freely with them on and supported me through my pregnancy perfectly will 100% be using them for my next pregnancy and recommending them to everyone needing them!! Customer service and postage was absolutely amazing aswell could not recommend more!

Thank you so much Alicia, this means the world to us. Hearing that they helped you move more freely and feel supported through pregnancy is exactly why we created them. So glad you loved the mini shorts and leggings, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience and recommend them. Xx
I have the pregnancy short mini and they have made a real difference!! I was wearing the SRC leggings and wanted some shorts for summer - so glad my osteo recommended continuall - they are making a much more noticeable difference. I am now 25 weeks pregnant and have severe sacrum pain. These shorts help take the edge off and I'm wearing them every day either by themselves, under dresses or even under other shorts :)

Super comfy & helped with back support whilst training in the gym. Love the mini length too, as I’m short the the longer style doesn’t suit me as much
